Video Review: Taking a look at UK based Singer Joe Gaya’s ‘Gumpe’ Music Video

UK based Ugandan real name Joseph Gayira Nsubuga popularly known by his stage name Joe Gaya is one of the singers who is making us feel good even in the lockdown in most cities allover the World.

Gaya recently released his new single ‘Gumpe’ with extra ordinary visuals that you wouldn’t want to miss any single scene of the music video.

Gumpe was written by Jafar Musoke aka Bambino an artist and writer from Uganda and was produced by Pro.Ronnie from Sweetest sounds.

The video shot in London and directed by Nathaniel Media, a London based director, is surely perfect match to the song with well thought and organised visuals.

Gumpe is surely a -must -watch video and there is no doubt that you will love it and watch it over and over and never forgetting the most fascanating lyrical flow throughout the song.

Who is Joe Gaya?

Joseph Gayira Nsubuga is a uganda born singer currently staying in the UK.

The singer was raised by his late mother Nakityo Ssebutemba whom he left to join his father in the United Kingdom at the age of 9.

During his early years in Uganda, Gaya stayed in Kampala where he attended school at St Joseph, Homisdallen and Eagle’s Nest.

In UK, he went to St Thomas more RC school, Lambeth College and finalised at the University of West London where he studied a BA (Hons) Film production course.

Currently, he is in London where he does he is an entrepreneur and business man.
Gaya told ChimpLyf thus, “Though I come from a music background, I started my music journey in 2013 but officially made it a career in 2019 September after discovering my talent.”

He added, “i am globally inspired by many artists both old and new achool for instance Michael Jackson, P Diddy and on the african scene D’banj, Burna boy and Eddy Kenzo.”
