Dancehall star Cinderella Sanyu aka Cindy has landed a deal to perform at the forthcoming Bayimba Festival 2017.
Sources close to the singer reveal that she bagged millions of shillings recently after signing a deal with the organisers of the event that is slated for September 24th, 2017 at the National Theatre as the headline artiste of the day.
The Bayimba Festival is an international music gala that brings together artistes from all over East Africa and beyond to perform in Kampala.
Cindy, formerly with the Blu-3 girls, has continued to develop her music career ever since went solo.
Born August 28th, 1985, Cindy is a celebrated Ugandan Afro-pop and reggae dancehall singer, actress, songwriter and entertainer.
Her rise to fame was when she joined the all-girls group Blu-3 after she was one of the top 3 winners of the Coca-Cola Popstars completion that ran 2005.
