NTV managing director Agnes Asiimwe Konde is set to quit the Serena-based company after securing a bigger job in Rwanda.
ChimpLyf can reliably reveal that Konde has been appointed the new Chief executive officer of Msingi – a Rwandan company.
Msingi also stretches to Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya.
She is set to assume office in October.
Having worked at NTV for almost half a decade, Konde leaves at a time when NTV is suffering stiff completion from the Kamwokya based NBS Television.
The Rwandan company receives her with over 20 years of experience in food and beverages, media and consumer goods.
In a statement, Msingi East Africa Ltd Chairman Ali Mufuruki says , “we are confident that under her leadership, with the support of management and the board, Msingi will achieve its ambition of” building East African industries for the future”
Konde has also Previously worked at Crown beverages, British American Tobacco and Monitor Publication.
