Fashion lovers Saturday June 23 had a fun-filled evening as models hit the runway to showcase some of the glamorous fashion products.
Held at Vintage Lounge, Naalya, the event was aimed at putting top fashion on the spotlight, while recognizing new models, photographers, designers, among other contributors in the fashion industry.
Outfits in various designs – African prints, linen clothes, shorts for men, and more were showcased to the audience which was mainly filled with campusers and a few corporates.
As revelers savored the compelling sights by cat walking models, Dj Allan spiced up the evening with terrific music mixes.
One of the designers, Latiff Junior at the invite of the event’s host, MC Ronnix mesmerized the gathering when he made a piece of clothing in 5 minutes.
Raymond Lukyamuzi, who runs a modelling agency – Ford Models – believes modelling will help build esteem among the youth and encourage them to be bold, confident and use their talent to empower and earn a living themselves.
